Hi, I'm Debbie Allen, and for over four decades, I've had the privilege of leading our vibrant preschool. My day-to-day responsibilities keep me on my toes, from ensuring the school runs smoothly to stepping in and solving any problems that might arise. I'm deeply involved in planning our curriculum, and I love organizing events like our recent "Donuts for Dads," which bring our school community together.

I was practically raised in Community Church, with my parents being founding members. This long-standing connection has shaped my life and the way I view my role here. My husband and I are blessed with three daughters, two of whom are married, and we cherish our three grandchildren, with another joy on the way.

I believe God's calling for me, even now, is to continue serving at our school and extending our church family. I am passionate about bringing new families into our fold and getting them involved in church life. Outside of church, you'll likely find me enjoying time with my grandchildren or tending to my garden—my personal slice of tranquility.

If I were to recommend a resource that has been a solace and inspiration to me, it would be Christian music, especially Shane and Shane. The profound lyrics resonate with me, especially during my drives to work, tuning into various Christian radio stations. These moments of musical reflection are a significant part of my daily spiritual nourishment.

In everything I do, my aim is to foster a loving, learning environment that not only educates but also instills the values of our faith community in the next generation.
