Elder

Ben Walker has served as an Elder at Community Church of Portage Lakes since 1986. Ben is “semi-retired” from Haven of Rest Ministries, but still ministers there frequently. He holds a Bachelor of Theology from William Tyndale College (formerly Detroit Bible College). Ben is married to Kathy, and has two children and five grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
