Elder

My primary focus is teaching on Sunday mornings. I also lead various kinds of pastoral care and counseling, and I work with the elders and staff to develop and implement the vision and direction God is calling us to as a church. God has given me a love for the church, a passion for studying and preaching His Word, and the zeal for reaching the greater Akron area through His church. I also serve on the board at Pregnancy Solutions (A crisis pregnancy ministry) and I periodically teach at the Haven of Rest. As a native of Northeast Ohio, I'm a fan of our pro teams and of Ohio State, but in this season of life most of my free time is spent with my wife and my kids.
